邵阳职业技术学院“职教新干线”管理办法

总则

第一条  为加强学院教育信息化建设,实现优质教学资源共享、共用,推动教育教学方式和学习方式改革,根据湖南省教育厅湘教通〔2010298号《关于加快推进湖南省职业教育网络学习平台建设的通知》精神,推进我院“职教新干线”平台建设,通过网上空间建设实现网上学习平台的建立。                                                                                                             

第二条  为了保障学院“职教新干线”的建设与管理,规范共享资源的建设、使用和管理,推进共享信息资源的开发利用,提高办学质量,特制定本管理办法。

管理机构及职责

第三条  学院成立“职教新干线”网络学习平台建设领导小组。主要职责按《邵阳职业技术学院职教新干线网络学习平台建设方案》(邵职院字[2011]38号)中的规定。

第四条  各系部主任、行政处室负责人为本部门“职教新干线”建设责任人,负责本部门全体教职员工的个人空间建设的管理与监督,各部门指定专人兼任“职教新干线”的信息员,负责新干线日常工作的监查与联络。

第五条  各系部应积极推动“职教新干线”工作,将教师空间建设的情况纳入年度绩效考核,并把“职教新干线”的建设情况纳入学院重点项目申报的重要指标。

第六条  任课教师是每个学生课程学习平台的监督指导教师。教师应对自己任课班级学生提出明确的要求,要求其进入平台进行课程学习,在互动平台上交流学习、探讨问题。任课教师应及时对该平台上学生提出的课程学习问题进行回答,这将作为空间资源课程验收的重要依据。

第七条  “职教新干线”是学院信息化建设的重要内容,是网上教学、教学管理和学生管理的主要阵地。要求每位教师、教学管理和学生管理人员都要按要求在职教新干线上建设自己的个人空间,并定期进行检查与通报,其结果记入个人年度绩效考核。

第八条  各行政处室负责人要把自己的个人空间建成部门的网上窗口,按部门工作性质和内容设置栏目,做好部门人员空间联系表,上传相关的文件通知、办事指南和办事流程。

第九条  各系(部)负责本系学生个人空间的管理与监督,学生处制订相关的管理办法对学生个人空间进行管理。

第十条  网络信息中心负责“职教新干线”的技术支持及指导。

第十一条  教务处负责与教育厅有关部门的联系、学院机构平台建设的组织与协调工作,指导院级以上重点教学项目的空间资源建设工作,组织相关部门进行学院个人空间建设情况的定期检查与考核,统计、收集教师的空间建设使用有关数据并通报,负责“职教新干线”上优秀教学资源的推广工作。负责年度的空间开通及新用户名和密码的下发。

考核标准

第十二条  “职教新干线”个人空间采用百分制进行考核,并分优、良、合格、不合格四个等级,考核周期为每学期进行一次,由各部门负责人和信息员对本部门员工的空间进行考核汇总上报,教务处牵头组织对教师个人空间进行考核评比,组织人事处会同网络信息中心对各部门负责人的空间进行考核。学院对优秀空间建设者给予表彰。

1、分值对应等级

90-100分为优。

75-89分为良。

60-74分为合格。

60分以下为不合格。

被省职教新干线推荐为优秀空间的自然为学院优秀空间。

4、有所在部门人员和所教班级学生联系表。2

5、有课题和重点建设项目的设置相关栏目。1

二、空间美化:

1、能使用各种其他网页设计技术增加网页效果。1

2、空间页面布局合理,美观大方,文本的修饰合理。1

3、图片、flash的使用和修饰合理清晰美观。1

内容充实

1、内容组织恰当(内容可读性强,需图文并茂,适合阅读,避免大段难以阅读的文本),有必要的链接设置。5

2、课程资源建设:有课程介绍(含学习指南5分),课程资源建设任务书(10分),完整的表格化教案(含课件20分),完整的资源库(20分),教学设计创新(5分)。并要求:文本能正常显示,字体大小适宜,不出现错字及错链的情况,不照搬他人的课件,不出现影响学院形象的内容。

3、经常发布教育教学有关微博文章,每期有不少于10篇。5

1、能经常利用空间进行教学、作业布置、考核,且空间教学时数占该课程时数的比例逐年递增。10

2、利用空间进行教学内容的答疑与互动,每学期有一定数量的学生和同行留言或评论。10

2、每学期需发表与工作相关内容的文章不少于10篇,辅导员空间要求有学生学习、职业生涯规划指导等相关内容,班主任空间要求有专业学习指南。并要求:文本能正常显示,不出现错字及错链的情况,不出现影响学院形象的内容,不随意公开学生或他人的隐私资料。30

1、学生点击率高、回复率高;15

信息安全

第十三条  教职工个人是本人空间的第一责任人,对个人空间内一切信息的合法性负责,部门负责人对本部门职工的空间进行监督。学生处、各教学系(部)负责对学生空间进行监督。

第十四条  空间用户不得在网络上制作、复制和传输任何非法的、骚扰性的、中伤他人的、辱骂性的、恐吓性的、伤害性的、淫秽等信息资料,违者追究法律责任。

第十五条  空间用户都有义务向学院相关部门报告传播非法信息和国家机密的违法犯罪行为,并自觉维护学院形象,制止有损学院形象的行为。

第十六条  空间用户应接受国家和上级有关部门依法进行的监督检查。对违反规定的用户,学院信息化建设领导小组将对其进行警告、通报批评、注销用户名、停止网络链接等处理,情节严重者将依法追究其法律责任。 第十七条  第 案)本办法中的条款如与国家有关的法律、法规不一致,以国家法律、法规为准。

第十八条  本办法自发布之日起执行。
